Performer Application Form

Please complete this application form if you would like to be a performer at Family Jingle & Mingle. We are looking for engaging performers that cater to the whole family. Please note that this is a request to perform. You will be notified of your acceptance asap. As this is a charitable event, participation as a performer is voluntary.

Accepted performers will receive the following benefits:

    Please note preferred performance time slot (11:30am, 12:00pm, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, 6:30). If you are a walk around character, please write the time range you are able to stay in the first box keeping in mind the event is from 11-7.*

    I authorize Family Jingle & Mingle photographers and videographers to photograph myself and/or my group or film for promotional purposes without compensation.
    I understand that I will be added to the Family Jingle & Mingle newsletter to keep me in the loop of event updates and specials. I am aware that my address will not be sold or shared with anyone. I also understand that I can opt out at anytime.
    As a performer, I take full responsibility should I or anyone from my group is injured during a performance. Kind Projects, The International Centre and the planning committee from Family Jingle & Mingle shall be held harmless and will not be responsible for injuries.

    Important Notes:

    • If you are selected your final performance details will be sent to you in November.

    • Each performer will receive one entry badge and four (4) complimentary general admission passes.

    • Performers will be asked to arrive early.
